Brand Wegovy, self-pay: $199/month for the first two fills for new patients, then $349/month for the 0.25–2.4 mg pens and $399/month for Wegovy HD 7.2 mg. The oral Wegovy pill is $149/month at 1.5 mg and 4 mg, with Novo's own footnote moving the 4 mg dose to $199/month after 31 August 2026. With commercial insurance the savings card can bring it to $25/month, capped at $100/month of savings.

The catch is what it is not: a dispensing counter, not a clinic. Nobody here prescribes, and the referral service it points you at is never named, so the published price is not the cost of getting treated. Read the headline carefully too — the low introductory figure covers your first two fills only, and the higher standing rate is the one you keep paying. The oral Wegovy pill has its own price and an expiry date attached to one of its doses.

Self-pay is $199/month for the first two fills for patients new to the offer and $349/month after that for the 0.25–2.4 mg pens, $399/month for the 7.2 mg HD pen, and $149/month for the oral Wegovy pill at 1.5 mg or 4 mg.
